Two Surf Alumni, Greg Dalby and Ryan Guy, were drafted into the MLS in 2007. They were picks No. 17 and No. 22 respectively.

Surf had over 20 players represent Cal South in the Far West ODP Regional Championships in Las Vegas 2007.

#1 MLS draft pick Marvell Wynne spent 6 years at Surf.
