Tryouts

Playing on a Surf team offers both boys and girls the opportunity to learn good sportsmanship and great technique at a young age. The Surf plays on the best game and practice fields in California. Surf teams win an average of 3 State Cup Championships each year.

Preparation for college soccer and high school is excellent with the Surf. Surf players have received more than $3 million in college sponsorship money over the last 4 years. Tryouts are at the San Diego Polo Club BACK FIELDS located on Via De La Valle just 1 mile east of El Camino Real. Each player must wear shin guards and bring a soccer ball.
PLEASE NOTE: NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE FIELDS.

Check In: 3:15 • Tryouts: 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. • Check In requires Parental Signatures

Camps

Surf offers soccer camp for younger players, ages U7 - U14 during the spring. This camp focuses on soccer skills and
game strategies. Players participating in these camps enjoy fun scrimmages and individual competitions.

This year’s SPRING camp dates are:
• Week of April 6         9:00AM to 12:00PM

All interested soccer players are invited to attend the Surf Spring Camp. The Spring Camp will be held at Sycamore Ridge.
